Frequently asked questions
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing period.
What does 'Cost per seat' mean?
It’s the cost you pay for each person who shows up for a reservation. If a guest reserves a table for 4 and all 4 show up, you pay 4× cost per seat.
How does No-Show? No Charge? work?
If the guest doesn’t show up, you don’t pay the cost per seat for that reservation. This applies to all plans.
Can I test it before deciding?
Yes! The Basic plan is free and you can use it indefinitely. Try it and upgrade when you’re ready.
How is billing handled?
The monthly subscription is billed upfront, while cost per seat, ticket fee, and deposit fee are billed monthly in arrears based on actual usage.
